Job description :
1.Greet customer politely and assist them at the counter
2.Receiving check in customer mobile phone for repair
- Create job sheet and update repair status in the system
- Explain service timeline and charges to customer
- Handle customer query and complaints
- Call customer when repair is complete or if any update is needed
- Maintain daily record of job sheet and payment
- Co-ordinate with technicians for smooth work flow
- Keep the front x area neat and organised
- Follow company process and ensure good customer service.
